Third Party Services

AccessMate may connect with third party services such as Telegram, payment gateways, hosting providers, email providers, analytics tools, and other external systems required to operate the platform.

Telegram Services

• Telegram bots, channels, groups, usernames, chat IDs and invite links are controlled by Telegram.
• AccessMate cannot guarantee Telegram message delivery if user privacy settings, bot permission, Telegram restriction, or Telegram downtime affects delivery.
• Users must start the assigned Telegram bot before receiving automated messages or invite links.

Payment Gateway Services

• Payments may be processed by third party payment providers such as Stripe, ZenPay or other supported gateways.
• Payment approval, failure, refund, chargeback, settlement and verification may depend on the payment provider.
• AccessMate records payment status based on response received from the payment gateway.

External System Limitation

AccessMate is not responsible for downtime, delay, failed transaction, blocked message, policy change, account restriction or service interruption caused by third party providers.

User Agreement

By using AccessMate, users agree that third party services may be required to complete payment, receive Telegram access, receive email notification, and manage subscription activity.
